SHIPPING TIMES:

Expect normal shipping times for USPS 1st class packages, which is usually 1-3 days.

Shipping Rates

 

We strive to give you best rates on shipping we can. Rates can change at any time as, per the rate changes found at USPS.com.

 

Unless custom logistics is needed, all packages ship 1st class US domestic fall, based on the size and quantity of the items purchased, we have the three flat shipping prices listed below. We, of course, try to fill our packages, so be as economical as possible for our customers.

1 small padded envelope: $4.50

1 Medium padded envelope: $6.00

1 large padded envelope: $8.00

 

These rates come with free tracking, which will provided to you by email, direct messaging, and/or through your Dracowof.com account page. These rates also have the price of our shipping materials, marketing materials, and packaging materials included in them.

 

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

 

Processing time: for in stock items, it takes 24-28 usually for a package to leave Dracowolf. We usually use priority shipping from USPS with padded envelopes. Larger orders will come in a box or several padded envelopes depending on which has the lower cost.

For custom resin orders, it will take at least 4 days to process and finish the product before shipping.

Missing or lost packages

USPS is responsible for all missing or lost packages. Please go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim.

Returns:

All refunds/returns/exchanges for artwork, jewelry, and handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase & will do what I can to help you be happy.

Refunds/returns/exchanges for other items can be arranged by e-mailing shop@dracowof.com.

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.

Complaints/Comments/Concerns

Any complaints (comments/concerns) about items may be sent to shop@dracowolf.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution, but again, I’ll do my best.

Custom Orders

I love being able to create a unique, personal item for customers and friends. If you are looking to buy a custom made item, contact me at shop@dracowolf.com and we can chat about what you’re looking for

Please note, when I make a custom item it will take at least three days to cure and at least 1 day to finish (total of at least 4 days) to get your item shipping ready. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders.
