Custom pours take at least three (3) days to create and finish and 4 days to get in the mail. You will receive an email with the actual time frame for production once your order is placed. You will also receive emails with photos of the order in progress, so we can adjust each piece as we go. 2 revisions max. No refunds on custom orders, so please use to your 2 revisions to make sure we get as close to what you want as possible.
No additional charge for a custom pour. If you want to order in bulk for a handfasting, wedding, shower, or other special event, just email me at shop@dracowolf.com.
The pieces that have inlaid designs (moon phase altar piece, triple moon oblong bowl, and pentacle bowl) will have the main design painted.
The moon and star bowl will only have the rim painted to accentuate the sleekness of the shape.
